Our warehouse will be closed on the dates below and no orders will be shipped.
These dates coincide with holidays observed by UPS.

Monday September 1st: Labor Day
Thursday and Friday November 20th & 21st: Thanksgiving

Wednesday December 31st: New Years Eve

Returns and Exchanges

Please take the time to fill out the RMA form link below. This will ensure faster and more accurate processing of your return. Upon approval, our customer service department will reply back to the email address you provide with a RMA # and further instructions to complete your Return/Exchange.

• Before shipping anything back to us, please obtain an RMA # by completing this form, calling us at 831-621-1732 or emailing info@dllrainwear.com.
• Please allow 2-4 weeks for receipt and processing of refunds as well as receipt of exchanges.
  • If you require your exchange faster, we suggest you reorder and send the originals back for a refund.
• Customer pays for return shipping. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
  • Exchanges - Include $8 for shipping the new item back to you with the exchange. This is for continental US shipments only.
    • International customers or those in Alaska and Hawaii will have fees calculated.
• Refunds will be given as cash back via the payment method used if returned within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, refunds will be given as store credit.
