Extremely pleased Feb 27, 2009 I purchased the Western Chief Hello Kitty raincoat for my six year old daughter through Amazon.com and I was very impressed with the whole purchasing process. My daughter loves her raincoat;it is of good quality and it has a soft inside lining. I will highly recommend the Western Chief raincoats and using amazon.com to make your purchases.
