 sleek, well-made, fit runs on the small sideFeb 22, 2010
I was nervous about buying boots online, but with so many good reviews I decided to go for it. I received them in the mail today & these are beautiful boots! The design is actual fabric coated with a clear plastic which makes them very sleek-looking & fitting more like a normal women's boot. I couldn't be more pleased with the look, actually (I got the hearts style in brown). They fit snug. I am tall, usually wear a 9.5 to a 10 in women's shoes. I'd say I'm closer to a true 10 so I got these in a 10. They just fit without socks, actually a little snug in the middle of the foot & the calves but wearable. I would consider going up a size when you order, especially if you like to wear medium to thick socks or have wide feet/larger calves. I think I'll keep the 10 and see how they work with wear. I am using them for my 2.5 mile walks to/from work & will definitely update if I get blisters!

i got these because we have had more snow this winter than ever and i thought they would be useful when it rains too. i just recieved them and they are so cute! they fit perfect although the calf is a little large but thats ok. i wasn't sure when i ordered them if they had any kind of lining in them for warmth and they don't really but thats ok, just wear warm socks and you should be good! they seem very comfy and not very heavy!

I bought these boots for my sister last year. Since she is regularly outdoors in bad weather, I thought they would be a cute gift and a bit of fun. Little did I know... Turns out they are "the best present I have ever given her"! They are a regular footwear choice and really proved their worth when, owing to record-breaking snow in her area, she walked 5 miles in them in the snow yesterday when her local public transport shut down.
The fit is good, the quality is high, they keep feet warm and dry and (obviously) they are comfortable enough to walk in for miles. I highly recommend them, and almost wish I lived in an area where I needed them too... almost!

These boots are solid. Strong rubber and soft insoles. Good traction. Easy on and off for me, but I don't have thick calves. The colors are really nice, too. I've gotten compliments on them. I also really like that they're Canadian made, as I'm trying to buy more things made closer to home. These should be a good investment in dry feet!
